About Amanda Koh

Amanda Koh (E-RYT500 YACEP) is a Singapore-based international yoga and Pilates teacher and teacher trainer.
​
She has been teaching people how to move for more than 16 years now. Before her foray into this life, she was an educator, and holds post-graduate qualifications in pedagogy, language, theatre studies, art and music. She is, and will always be a teacher.
She teaches and continually develops the Mindful Mobility and Functional Flexibility (MMFF) interface as one that is constantly evolving, for people to understand how to move their bodies in a way that is natural, loving and enabling.
There is no place for diet culture in this studio.
